FAQs:
Can I get a ticket refund if I can't make it?
We offer refunds if you cancel up to 48 hrs before the walk event. To cancel please do so only via email. If you cancel after this period we cannot offer a refund but will look to transfer your ticket to a future walk event.
What is a solidarity ticket and how do I get one?
Solidarity tickets are available in the case that you want to join an event but don’t have the financial means to purchase a ticket. For each walk event we reserve a number of these spots. To secure one please email us including the name of the event and your name. We recommend you do this as far in advance of the event as possible. If you would like to support our solidarity ticket system, you can buy an extra ticket on check out allowing for someone else’s participation.
How do I find out about the accessibility of an event?
We aim to share key access details with each event. However, if anything is unclear or you require further assistance you can contact us. We are a small team but will try our best to ensure your access needs are supported.
Is there a ReRouting code of conduct?
Yes, it is important that ReRouting events are welcoming, respectful and safe for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment or harmful behaviour. If you experience or witness an incident during one of our events, please let us know on the day or follow up via email so we can respond properly and take action.
